The Scent of Byron Bay

As the Australian distributor, The Candle Library has always had a close relationship with P.F. Candle Co. on both a business and a personal level.

Last year, the founders of The Candle Library, Angela and Tom, paid a visit to the P.F. Candle Co. HQ in sunny California to take part in a very special creative process.

Six months prior to the trip, The Candle Library worked closely with P.F. Candle Co. to design a new, unique fragrance that would encapsulate the essence of our hometown.  The result was a collaboration Byron Bay Candle.

Known for its pristine sandy beaches, surf culture, rainforest waterfalls and eclectic individuals, Byron Bay is the epitome of Australian beach town lifestyle and each of these distinctive characteristics are portrayed in the scent notes of this one-off candle.

Top notes of ocean spray and fresh air are combined with middle notes of bottlebrush and native palm while patchouli, amber and musk are all revealed on the burn.
