Is The Candle Library an Australian company?

Yes, The Candle Library is proudly Australian owned & operated. We do, however, stock several international brands.

 

What is the best way to ask questions and speak with Customer Service?

You can get in touch with us via sales@thecandlelibrary.com or via Facebook/Instagram Direct Message (@thecandlelibrary). Alternatively, for anything urgent, you can phone our HQ on (02) 6680 8581 between the hours of 10am and 5pm, Monday - Friday.

 

How do I know you have received my order?

After you have placed your order and your payment has been confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied with your order (keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case). If for some reason you did not receive this email, please get in touch via sales@thecandlelibrary.com or by phoning our HQ on (02) 6680 8581.

 

What do I do if I ordered the wrong item? Can I cancel my order after I have received confirmation?

It is best to get in touch with us right away be email or phone. We will do our best to rectify the situation in what ever way we can.

 

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered? 

If you need to, please get in touch via email or phone as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change your delivery address.
