The Inspired Table's Warming Winter Tonic

We asked Jordanna, the brains behind the business, to come up with a warming winter tonic for us based on the Lemon & Calendula candle. Not only is it refreshingly delicious, it has lots of health benefits to boost your immune system during the winter months, and is super easy to make! Lemon, Calendula & Manuka Honey Tonic

2 teaspoons dried calendula petals

2 teaspoons manuka honey

1 teaspoon finely grated ginger

1 teaspoon finely grated turmeric

2 cups boiling water

½ lemon, sliced

TO MAKE: Steep calendula petals, manuka honey, ginger and turmeric in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain mixture into 2 tea cups. Squeeze in lemon juice to taste.
